I am the Director and my name is Jack Brooks, but anyone who works here should be able to help you if you have any issues, and truth be told they will probably be in a better position to do so.
A little more detail about dealing with us.
Sometimes we have to cancel an order for the following reasons.
- We don't have the stock and cant get the stock.
- we cant make delivery to your location.
- We have accidentally listed the item incorrectly or for the wrong price.
- The payment transaction is not authorized or gets declined.
- You haven't provided us with your real name, your card address, or you delivery address and card address don't match.
Sometimes you have to cancel or return an item
You are entitled to a cancellation period where you may withdraw your order and therefore your agreement with us. The cancellation period is any time up to fourteen working days after the day we have delivered the product to you. You must cancel your order in writing by letter or email. We must receive this within the 14 day period. The goods then must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation.
If the goods are returned for any other reasons than being defective then you will be responsible for returning the goods to us. Any damages should be reported within 48 hours of taking delivery please.
The product must be in its delivered form and must not have been tampered with in any way, You will need to photograph the product before you send it to us and you must use the original packaging. You will be responsible for any damages to the product on its return journey.
The product will be inspected on return to ensure that the product has not been tampered with and is complete, including the instructions and any fittings.
We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible, always within 14 days of the goods being returned.
All items must have their packaging intact and be unused, mattresses and divans must be unopened and unused to be returned.
Any made to order and specially commissioned pieces are not subject to the cooling off period.
If you cancel a made to order piece after it has gone into production we reserve the right to charge you 30% of the total value of the item.
When we deliver it is your responsibility to make sure we have access to your room of choice free from obstruction. We do not take responsibility for any damages to your building or possessions whilst making a delivery. We will obviously always take as much care as possible and follow any specific instruction from yourself regarding delivery.
Payment is either due in full at the time of order or a 30% non refundable deposit is due at the time of order and the the remaining balance is due once we have assigned you a delivery day and must be paid before 6pm the day before we are due to deliver.
If the order is not paid for before your allotted delivery day it may not be loaded onto the van and you delivery may be cancelled for that day.
If you are not ready to receive your order by the time we have your items ready to deliver, payment is still due in full at that time. However we can safely store your order for you in our warehouse for up to 8 weeks free of charge. After 8 weeks we reserve the right to charge a £5 per day, per item storage fee.
