Cancellations & Refunds

Sometimes you have to cancel or return an item
When you buy online you are entitled to a cancellation period where you may withdraw your order and therefore your agreement with us. The cancellation period is any time up to fourteen days after the day we have delivered the product to you. You must cancel your order in writing by letter or email. We must receive this within the 14 day period. The goods then must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation.
You will be responsible for returning the goods to us unless the items were defective. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of taking delivery please. 
The product must be in its delivered form and must not have been tampered with in any way, You will need to photograph the product before you send it to us and you must use the original packaging. You will be responsible for any damages to the product on its return journey.
The product will be inspected on return to ensure that the product has not been tampered with and is complete, including the instructions and any fittings.
We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible, always within 14 days of the goods being returned.
All items must have their packaging intact and be unused, mattresses and divans must be unopened and unused to be returned.

PURCHASES MADE IN STORE are not eligible for the cooling off period, any returns are at our discretion and will be for store credit only, so please make sure the item is what you want before you buy. 
(The reason we only offer store credit when you want to return an item to the store is because there is a cost to processing returns, often we will have already ordered stock based on the assumption there has been a sale and there are bank costs to processing payments. Over the last few years, we have noticed an increasing consumer tendency to "try before you buy" where people purchase an item to try it, and then return it if it isn't suitable. We had the choice of either increasing our prices marginally to accommodate this or implementing the "store credit only" policy, we chose to keep our prices as low as possible and ask our customers to be sure about in store purchases.) 
Any made to order and specially commissioned pieces are not subject to the cooling-off period. 
If you cancel a made to order piece after it has gone into production we reserve the right to charge you 30% of the total value of the item.
