Shipping policy
How our delivery's work's.
When delivering small items we will use a third party courier, and as such they have their own shipping rates displayed on the product page.
If you mix your cart with a small item and a large item that we can't courier, the below shipping rates will apply to the whole basket.
If you want the smaller items couriered separately (which will be quicker) you will have to check them out separately.
Delivery charges are based on the distance from your nearest store (Shrewsbury or Barmouth). Items shipped via courier have their own nationwide delivery charges, which are shown on the product page.
- Under £200 within 10 miles - £10
- Over £200 within 10 miles - Free
- 10 to 20 miles - £20
- 20 to 50 miles - £35
- 50 to 140 miles - £45
- 140 - 240 Miles - £65
- 240+ Miles - contact us for a delivery quote.
We also offer an assembly and packaging removal service for an additional £25 on all rates above. Sofas and armchairs are assembled inside your home as standard.
Occasionally, if you're far away and need something quickly, we may use a pallet courier with kerbside delivery — but we’ll always check with you first.
Delivery times,
We do our best to give accurate delivery estimates — but please remember, they’re just that: estimates, not guarantees.
Made-to-order items have lead times based on the factory’s average turnaround, though delays can occasionally occur during busy periods or due to supply chain or material shortages. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes and will always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible once it’s ready. A 30% deposit is required to place your order, with the balance due once it’s ready for delivery. If you’re not ready to accept delivery at that point, full payment is still required, and we can store your items free of charge for up to 4 weeks. After that, a storage fee of £5 per item per day will apply.
Smaller items are sent via a third-party courier, Larger items are usually delivered by us personally, especially in Wales and most of England. If you’re based in Scotland or the far North, far East, or far South of England, your delivery might take a little longer — but we’ll make sure it reaches you as soon as we can. We’re a small, independent business based in Shropshire and West Wales. We don’t have a nationwide fleet, but we do go the extra mile to deliver across the UK ourselves when we can. If we deliver your furniture, it includes assembly in your room of choice, and we’ll take away and recycle all of the packaging.

Ordering multiple Items,
If you buy several items in one go, we’ll deliver them together, once everything is ready. That means your delivery may be held up by items with longer lead times. Want quicker delivery on some items? Simply place separate orders, and we’ll calculate delivery charges individually.
