Cancellations & Refunds

Sometimes you have to cancel or return an item

You are entitled to a cancellation period where you may withdraw your order and therefore your agreement with us. The cancellation period is any time up to fourteen working days after the day we have delivered the product to you. You must cancel your order in writing by letter or email. We must receive this within the 14 day period. The goods then must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation.

If the goods are returned for any other reason than being defective then you will be responsible for returning the goods to us. Any damages should be reported within 48 hours of taking delivery, please. 

The product must be in its delivered form and must not have been tampered with in any way, You will need to photograph the product before you send it to us and you must use the original packaging. You will be responsible for any damages to the product on its return journey.

The product will be inspected on return to ensure that the product has not been tampered with and is complete, including the instructions and any fittings.

We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible, always within 14 days of the goods being returned. All items must have their packaging intact and be unused, mattresses and divans must be unopened and unused to be returned.

We ask please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be issued back into your account once the return or cancellation has been processed.


Any made to order and specially commissioned pieces are not subject to the cooling-off period. 

If you cancel a made to order piece after it has gone into production we reserve the right to charge you 30% of the total value of the item.
